Some of you have already seen the newest addition to our staff here at Ocean Palm and if you have you've already experienced Jackie Keepence's Australian accent, sunny disposition and megawatt smile.
I've known Jackie for years so I know all about the decades of customer service experience in the hospitality industry that she brings to the spa. You'll see Jackie most often welcoming you at the front desk but she'll be contributing her ideas and energy to the promotions department as well.
